I am thrilled with the service I received from Precision Door. On November 22nd, our automatic garage door that was original with the condo (built in 1996) died. We called Precision (and a few other places) and they were the only ones who could come out the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. The door itself came in three weeks later, and installation was scheduled for January 4th. If you're from New England, you know that we just had a enormous nor'easter that was projected to drop 12"-16" on us starting the morning of January 4th. We were told it was up to our technician if he feels comfortable or not coming to install in the morning with bad weather. Our tech, Rob, showed up at 6:45am so he could have enough time to get the door installed before the storm intensified. He finished installation around 9:00am when we already had a few inches on the ground. I am so very thankful to Rob for doing this and truly going above and beyond. If he couldn't, Precision was going to push installation out another week, but we were lucky enough to have a phenomenal technician assigned to our case. Thank you Rob!!! Gave 4 starts instead of 5 because it did take a month and a half to get the new door which seemed like a long time. There were certainly ways they could've expedited, but chose not too. (for example, they wait 2ish weeks for the door to come in, THEN they schedule the installation. They should schedule installation when they order the door, in my opinion).

Didn't call giving arrival time until one hour late. I was already looking for another repair company. After the call I was completely satisfied.

I was extremely satisfied with the response time and the efficient technician We were quite surprised at the best fix of the problem suggested by tech would (cost more than the door itself) We replaced cables and were satisfied.We now have a new garage door company PRECISION

I was very happy that Precision Garage Doors was able to come out the day after I called and were there ahead of schedule. You know exactly which mechanic is coming as they give you his name and picture ahead of time. The repair (broken spring on an old garage door) went very quicky and lifts more smoothly than before the spring broke. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I think the price was fairly high. About $500 total, mostly for parts. Sears might have been cheaper, but they couldn't come for about a week. So the speedy service was appreciated.

Quality work and am very satisfied with the doors. Only complaint was that the fitting for the doors was originally measured in correctly causing a delay in installation and required an adjustment of our schedule to accommodate the revisit.

Good solid service and the tech was very professional. They came on time and finished sooner than expected. The one thing is they are not cheap! And the estimate the tech gave me was off from the final price by about 200 dollars

We love our new garage doors from Precision Door. The installer, Justin, was professional, friendly and meticulous. Really appreciated the fact that he cleaned up before he left. Also had them custom paint the doors to match our trim color. Tom promptly came right out after install and touched up nicks that occurred during transporting the doors to our house. When we called to arrange an appointment for an estimate, they were responsive, professional and on time. The only minor issue was that after the doors were ordered there were a couple of times it was hard to reach a live person and when we left messages (by email and voice) they weren't returned. But overall, very happy with the quality and timeliness of the product and installation.

The technician that came out was on the early side of the time window, he was friendly, to the point, clear and concise with the information that he provided. My husband and I came away with an education on garage doors! He was in and out in under an hour and our doors are quieter than they have been in years. Thank you.

Gary is very knowledgable and is a good representative for your business. Everything went well except I'm not sure we tested the middle door. It is still not going down and Gary had already left. I tried to call him back but had to setup another appointment. Hopefully I don't have to take anymore time off work. Would have been 5 stars for sure except for it not being fixed.

I was pleased with the service Matt provided today. He was on time, courteous and went out of his was to be sure everything was working properly before he left. The only negative was that I originally had an appointment two days ago. Apparently the technician who was scheduled was running late but no one called me until after my two-hour window had expired. However, I won't hesitate to call again because in the end I am very satisfied.

our service was great , our technician was working in zero degree weather for hours with no complaints. He was communicative, reliable , hard working and responsible, his name was Adam.
