Pleased with the service call and subsequent repair result. The technician was polite and efficient. Both torsion springs were replaced in less than 30 minutes. I thought the price was a bit high when I factor in the cost of new springs.

Ron did excellent job! Very professional and very quick ! I was a little disappointed that the invoice didn't list what cost what ! and 12.50 fuel charge ? that's why i used a local business ! Only 2 or 2 1/2 miles from my house ! The price was a bit much but i don't mind supporting a local business !

I called and booked got an appointment the next day. They texted me when they were on their way and kept me up to date on time of arrival. They were professional, recommended the fix, executed in a timely manner. Price was $540+ to repair springs and cable on one bay. I did not shop around to see if that was reasonable or not. So i cannot attest to that.

When my garage door wouldn't open, I was at a loss as my car was inside. Contacted a friend who immediately called your company. Being the day before Xmas Eve, your person came the day after Xmas. He came, fixed the broken cable and gave me some options. Leave it as is or get new cables. I opted for new cables as the ones there are old. Also, I was told I would not be charged for the first visit. The young man was extremely nice, polite and explained everything to my satisfaction. Looking forward to seeing your people next week

The technician arrived on time and was pleasant and knowledgeable. He evaluated my issue and gave me options for the fix. He needed to rebuild the garage door with new rollers, springs, etc. The job took about 40 minutes. The door now works perfectly. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the price. I think the price was high for the job but I needed to have it done and there is a $130.00 service call fee.

Generally very happy - very professional, quality work. They communicated well as we approached the visit date, and on the visit day. The technician actually arrived early, and was done quickly. But, it took a while to get an appointment, and the cost seemed high for the work done.

Everything went smoothly and quickly when tech got to my house. That was an hour and a half after time slot but I do understand that with this type of work you can get backed up in a hurry. He was very quick and efficient when he was here so I’m sure the previous job just ran long. Mr. Rice was Very Friendly and helpful.

Called Precision for a broken door cable I was surprised at their quick response of their technician. Called on Monday and the service was scheduled for Tuesday afternoon. I opted for the complete "rebuild" service which was was a change out of Cables, Rollers, Springs, etc. I was a bit taken back by the price I thought 699.00 was a bit high but hey what isn't expensive these days? I will say my door is operating smoothly and much quieter now!

We are most appreciative to our friend who recommended Precision Garage Door to us. The job was presented in detail before any work was done and then executed on an efficient manner. Mike was very courteous and patient at all times and even went through common troubleshooting situations. Our only issue was the high cost which we had not anticipated. Overall though we are very pleased.

The web site estimator did not work. After filling out all required information, when I pressed the submit button, the message that was displayed was, “Oops something went wrong” Due to that, my quote was delayed by a few weeks. The web site did contain good information.

Just had a weatherstrip replaced on one of my doors. (only lasted 7 years). Although I found the cost to be a bit expensive, the technician was fantastic. He greeted me very professionally was all smiles and did a great job. Mike Maghakian did a great job and was super easy going. Very satisfied with the service he provided.

The service provided by the technician, Fran Garvey, was excellent. He was on-time, diagnosed the repairs needed and gave me an estimate on-the-spot. Fran replaced spring, rollers, and cables. All parts were available on the truck, so Fran immediately set to work and the whole repair/replacement was completed in two hours. I would give the repair call 5 Stars. He was terrific! The reason for the 4 Star rating had nothing to do with the actual repairs or the technician. The original day and time set by Precision Door for the repairs was Saturday morning with a window of 8:00 - 10:00 AM. I received a call at 8:30 AM informing that there was a problem with the vehicle and it would be necessary to reschedule for another day. The second appointment was scheduled for Tuesday from 12:00 - 2:00 PM. Neighbors in the Condo Community have suggested that the a price seemed quite high as well.

The customer service representative and installing technitians are very good: professional, efficient and friendly. However, the door manufacturer seemed to be a problem. I accidentally hit my garage door and ordered a same size new one in early Sept,2018. The first door came in Nov with wrong size. Then I waited for another 30days and were told the second door came with the wrong window glass. I had to wait for another 30days before I finally got my right door installed. It's difficult to understand how the manufacturer could made it wrong twice since this was just a repeat order.

Mike was the representative that arrived at my home in a very timely manner. He was polite and eager to please. My only criticsm I have is the $105.00 service charge. All Mike had to do w as reprogram the opener. Took a couple of minutes.

Fast service. Called at 9:00 AM and door was repaired by 1:30 PM. If you are looking for cheap price do not call precision, they are on the expensive side. If you are looking for fast quality service this is the company to call. Repair person was friendly and attentive. Will use their services in the future.
