Great company with knowledgeable team. Had an issue with a garage door spring that snapped and they came out next business day to fix. Same Tech that replaced my motors 2 years ago and provided me options to repair and or replace based on cost of repair. Choose to replace the doors after 28 years!

I met with their technician Lloyd and he was very professional and helpful. He allowed my wife and I to comfortably get to the style and price range we wanted while completely following our lead and not pushing anything on us which was reassuring.

Dylan, was very professional, he evaluated the work, that needed to be done. He went over in detail all the options available to get the garage door operating properly and safe . He gave me an estimate on how long it would take. He completed the job and went over everything he did. He demonstrated everything he did and how everything was working with the equipment he installed. He completed the paperwork and reviewed the warranty. I was very pleased with the job.

This is an excellent company to deal with. My old garage door opener broke down on Wednesday and Precision was able to install a new one the next day. The online booking is very easy and user-friendly. My new opener was installed by a technician (Dylan) with exceptional customer service skills - I have been a homeowner for 36 years and I have not met his match. He reviewed with me my options and then proceeded to install the new opener, which took less than an hour. Once installed, he patiently reviewed with me the operation of the unit. Over the next couple of days, I was having trouble installing the integrated camera on the myQ app. I called him and he came by that same day and solved the issue. Incredible!! If I could give this company and Dylan a 10-Star rating, I would.

After months of watching YouTube videos, reading manuals and changing batteries and light bulbs to get the garage door opener to work I finally contacted Precision Door Service. They sent Lloyd two days later. (It wasn't an emergency.) In less than 45 minutes he fixed everything and gave us instruction on how to manage any malfunctions in the future. Since it is a two car garage the door is very wide and heavy. Lloyd lubricated the coils and tracks and fine tuned the opening and closing of the door. Much more than we expected. Lloyd was very professional and friendly. We are very pleased with the work and would recommend this service to anyone having problems with their garage door.

Dylan came today for routine service. He did an inspection and lubrication. He explained everything about our doors and what he was checking. He gave us estimates for possible future work including replacing spring and cables, but made it very clear that no additional work was needed now. He was thorough and a pleasure to work with.

Technician (Justin Rice) arrived ahead of schedule, evaluated and provided a fair and equitable price to do a complete component replacement, spring, rollers, cables and tune up - all with 7 year warranty. Justin, was knowledgeable, friendly and completed the job in a timely manner! Would highly recommend them.

Luis was very helpful at explaining the problem we were having which stems from the fact that our garage was built in 1948 and the garage door mechanisms had to be mounted in a much smaller space than usual, thus causing some issues over the past 12 years which is how long ago they were installed. He also explained how to adjust the mechanism if I had future door opening problems.

First time using Precision. My garage door wasn’t opening on a Friday. It was easy to go onto their website and book a window of time for the following Monday. Lloyd called me 30 minutes before coming to let me know. He was very professional and efficient. I have referred them to my neighbors.
