The technician arrived on time and was pleasant and knowledgeable. He evaluated my issue and gave me options for the fix. He needed to rebuild the garage door with new rollers, springs, etc. The job took about 40 minutes. The door now works perfectly. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the price. I think the price was high for the job but I needed to have it done and there is a $130.00 service call fee.

I reached out online at 6pm at night for a service request for a broken garage door and was able to book an appointment for the next morning. The technician called and texted ahead of arrvial, was on time, friendly, knowledgable and fixed the issue quickly. I also found their fees to be very fair. We couldn't be happier with the support and will most certainly be back when it's time to replace our doors!

I want to thank Luis for coming so quickly. My garage door would not open. Apparently, a power surge from the last storm blew out the motherboard of the garage door opener. There was enough power to open and close the door for about a week, then my car got stuck in the garage. Luis arrived ahead of schedule and quickly resolved the problem, first gave me an estimate, then repaired the unit, gave me two new remotes and performed routine Maintenace on the door rollers, bearings and hinges. I could not be more pleased and would definitely recommend Precision Doors for service.

My appointment was scheduled online and from that point forward your company provided me with an appointment that was within a few days which was very acceptable. I received a text message today advising me that your technician Justin Rice was on his way. Justin was personable. He was very professional and immediately addressed and resolved my problem. Any future problems with my garage doors, I will be contacting your company for service.

As a homeowner for over 50 years, worst experience I ever had. For 142.50 dollars; for 5 minutes to splice ring wire. Ridiculous! (I could have done) On call l requested service for my two units. Our technician Ron showed up on the early part of the 4 hour window which was a convenience for us. He introduced himself and after I explained the problem with our garage door he immediately began troubleshooting and quickly discovered that problem was not the typical issue but was buried somewhere in the 20 feet of wiring harness. Ron methodically traced it back to a faulty wire staple and repaired the connection. Impressive!
