Paul did a fantastic job fixing the damage to our door. Called first thing in the morning got a same day appointment and he even came earlier than the scheduled appointment time. He provided a thorough examination with a clear presentation to ensure we knew what needed to be done and why. Finished the work and explained maintenance we could perform to help keep the doors healthy. Hope to work with him again in the future to possibly update our openers or doors for better insulation. Cannot speak more highly of his service.

My garage door was making a loud noise when it closed and I thought it would come off the tracks. Jacob Krummel came to repair. He inspected all and said there was nothing structural that needed a major repair or upgrade and fixed the problem. He did not recommend changing the rollers which were good for many more cycles and said to wait until the spring breaks and then they will use an upgrade kit which ultimately will be less costly than replacing single parts now. I'm quite happy with the service and recommend the company and especially the technician.

We had our entire garage door system replaced last year. The installation was smooth, the installers were friendly and knowledgeable, and the door is terrific. (Our adult son says that if he could fall in love with a garage door, ours would be it!) We had service today because the door had developed a hitch that nearly always stopped the door from closing on the first try. The technician was on time, again friendly and knowledgeable, and found the solution to a difficult-to-diagnose issue, which he corrected. I recommend them.

I called a couple of companies when I called Precision I get an immediate & positive response from the receptionist she took down all the information I could provide about our problem with our garage door, she put me on hold for a couple of minutes came back asked me if I was going to be home, OF COURSE IT'S SNOWING, she told me a mechanic/technician would be calling in 45 - 60 minutes to let us know when he would be arriving. the technician called arrived with in the hour he had just completed a call near by. Paul, the technician was a real Pro surveyed the problem with me and my wife within the hour our door was fixed operating like brand new, smooth and quiet. we are totally satisfied - job well done

I called precision for the same reason i called in the past. You provide same day service. Our garage door opener/ spring and cable broke around 11 am. I had carelessly damaged one of my garage doors, hitting it with my car's bumper, warping the bottom 12 inches of the track badly, ripping mounts out of the door and wall, and knocking the safety sensor light off of its bracket. A pair of friends began to bend the damaged section of the track back into shape, but gave up after half an hour. My wife and I managed a bit of forward progress in the next few hours, but we could not straighten the track. Over the next three days I called numerous companies claiming they provided the best garage door replacement and repair service in the area. One representative came, took photographs, and gave us a proposal for approximately three times the cost of the successful repair by Precision "because you have to buy 2 replacement sets of tracks. Nobody will sell you just one track." Another company said they could send somebody out to look at my problem in 2 weeks. Precision had a fully stocked van in my driveway on the same day I made my request for service -- half an hour earlier than promised -- and an expert technician restored the track to its proper shape and who beyond all of our expectations remounted the safety system optics on a new bracket and had the door fully operational in 20 minutes, at a fraction of the times and prices quoted by other organizations. Two of my 27 year old garage doors are due for replacement and upgrade in the next couple of years. The technician explained the options to us without pressure or hyperbole. When the time comes, we know who to contact.

Mike came an hour early while I was at a virtual meeting. He was great, able to measure the garage for the door and then close up and leave. He was courteous, friendly and professional.
