The technician arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. I explained the inconsistent problem with the garage door and he immediately began trouble shooting. Service man came on time, came in briefly told us what he was going to do, reminding us of the cost of evaluating the project and then went about doing that. He appeared maybe 15-20 later told us what needed to be done and the cost. We agreed, he proceeded with the job, finished, explained how the system worked, had me practice and that was that. Great job.

I was having an intermittent problem with my garage door opener not closing. I did everything that I could think of to fix the problem myself however I reached a dead end and contacted your service and requested a technician on line to resolve the issue. Technician Ron came to my house the next day and after I had explained the situation to him he diagnosed that the circuit board was receiving the signal from the remotes but was not responding to them. He explained my options to me in regards to replacing the whole system or replacing the circuit board, I elected to repair the existing unit and he had it repaired within an hour of his arrival. Great service at a fair price, I could not be happier !

He listened to our vision for the new doors, told us exactly what would work and, as importantly, what wouldn't and wasn't necessary. He knows his stuff. He priced out in real-time multiple options, and confirmed that our vision would be a good choice for the size and style of our house. He was on-time, professional, and very friendly. On top of all this, he even adjusted some settings on our existing (and near end-of-useful-life) garage doors to improve their remaining lifespan. I look forward to working with Dylan again.

Could not be happier with Precision. I called in the afternoon 1/16 and had an appointment for next day. The service technician Luis Pizarro was fantastic.
