I chose Precision because of the customer service on the phone, availability, and price. Ron, the repair person, was punctual, professional and friendly. Ron was very efficient and knowledgeable. He didn't waste any time getting to work. He replaced two cables, leveled the door and greased everything which made the door much quieter. I would recommend your company to anyone. Last year Precision installed a fantastic new set of garage doors, motors, etc. Everything was working flawlessly until one of the doors started skipping a little bit. I called in the morning, got an appointment for that same afternoon and 20 minutes later after a little tweaking we are literally back on track. Great service and great products. Plus the 20 degree difference in the garage and warmer floors above thanks to the new doors were well worth the cost.

Amazing customer service. Another company wanted to charge me double what Precision did. Very friendly service andeven secured my garage door shut for the time being wthout me asking, whereas the other company did not evenbdo that and I had to ask him to get it open to get my car out. He would have just left it and my car not able to get out. Anything you need that has to do with garages call Precision!

Excellent job. They offered same day service, arrived on time and called before they arrived to confirm. The technician explained what was broken and provided me options. The repair was quick and when the job was over the technician took all the old parts off site. The billing and invoice system was smooth and clearly documented. My garage doors operate and sound like new and now I am protected for 5 years.

My garage door cable snapped on Sunday. I called at 8am Monday, they gave me a same day appointement for between 9-11am. Service rep was here by 9:15 and done by 10:15. Had all the parts he needed right on the van. Outstanding service, good value, and a 3 year warranty on the work (you can get up to 7 years if you pay a little more and upgrade some parts). Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing garage door service. Thank you!
