Had a cable snap on me on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. My local vendor who I have utilized in the past, took a day and a half to return my call, then was unavailable to help me for another 3 days. I called Precision, I received prompt professional response both over the phone and via email. The email introduced me to the service team and included pertinent appointment data. Jason, who handled the repair, was very informative as well as professional. He provided an expert repair and recommended additional follow up, for which I will certainly call Precision. The follow up thank you for business, was another sign of a well run, professional organization. It was a pleasure to be be treated in such a manner. Thank you.

went on line and saw your ad and same day service and I really wanted to get it fixed that day so when I called and could get a 5-7 time slot so I took it, hard for me to get home before 5, and the person on the phone was very nice and helpful and my service tech was equally as nice and helpful. I wound up having a rebuild in which safety features were added and bigger spring/coils were installed so now my garage door no longer sounds like its in pain, its smooth and quiet. he also fixed a metal bracket that was 2/3rds split so he did a nice and professional and quick job on a very hot day...no complaints (I think I had Duane)and like I said, he did a complete rebuild...

The torsion spring on our garage door broke. We found Precision on the internet, were impressed with their website, with their reviews, and with their customer service when we called. We also got an immediate email confirmation. The service man, Mike LaPlace arrived 1 hour early. He was very personable, knows his work to excellence, and repaired the door in less than 45 minutes. He explained the springs, why they may have broke, and even taught us a couple things about using the garage door opener that we did not know. We will recommend Precision and Mike LaPlace to anyone. Our only recommendation is that we get called when they are coming 1 hour early. Fortunately we were home. Very satisfied

Mike was our tech. We had a spring break on our door....as I was going out at 7am on a Saturday morning. I called At 9am when I got back. A real person answered the phone listened to the problem Ns David they could have someone there between. 2 and 4. Great! But I admit I was a little skeptical. Well at 11 am the phone rang and the tech asked if he could come early ! Wow. Well he did come at noon. One of two springs bad broken. One broke a few years ago. The company I had do the work charged a fortune but only did one spring and really didnt fix the problem . Mike showed me the wheels that were failing and sticking. That was straining the motor and caused the spring to snap. He replaced both spring and the wheels in no time. He was great and explained everything and showed me the before and after. He did a great job. I would highly recommend the company and the instller mike laplace. I have made sure I told my friends family and neighbors.

Online Google search. Your form doesn't seem to allow for mulitple choices such as technician and installer or multiple services. Very responsive and responsible with a coule of missteps initiallly.

I tried Precision after I got a deal on new rollers and maintenance through AAA, and read good reviews about them.It turned out there were several things needed including newer safety features. The doors had not been serviced in years so we had to spend some money but the service man, Mike, was great. He was thorough, honest, and seemed like a really nice guy. He came back quickly when we had another issue and fixed it. He put in new springs, rollers, safety mechanisms and a new opener. It is working great now. Thanks.

Great experience overall! I originally was going to just have the garage door system repaired but the tech that came out, Gary, said it was in need of so much repair that a new system was the better (and lower cost) way to go. The existing garage door system really was awful, rotting and rusting away, but I didn't realize just how dangerous it was until Gary talked to me about it. After I decided to go with the new door and hardware the process went very smoothly. Precision met the timelines and cost that I was quoted and kept me informed throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Precision!

Ian was a bit late - he did call to tell us, but I had scheduled my day around the service call. He fix my door and installed a new opener. The cost was a bit high, but whoever heard of a 7 year warranty on a repair? Not me.
