Fantastic service! Ron kept us apprised of arrival time...calling once to confirm the time...and then again when he was five minutes away. Ron reviewed the repair options with me, and then got to work.Excellent work, efficient and completed fairly quickly. Fixed the problems, door back to normall. Gary is very knowledgable and is a good representative for your business. Everything went well except I'm not sure we tested the middle door. It is still not going down and Gary had already left. I tried to call him back but had to setup another appointment. Hopefully I don't have to take anymore time off work. Would have been 5 stars for sure except for it not being fixed.
Gary was very apologetic... for the life of him he doesn't know how that slipped through the cracks. All is set now and we hope you feel we lived up to your expectations.

The installation of the door lifter and the door were done in a professional manner. However, when I signed the initial contract the price included the installation of a lock with an emergency release and this was not done and now an additional charge will be added doesn't seem right.
Thank you or taking the time to provide us with a review. As I mentioned in my email, the door does not automatically come with an outside lock or an emergency key release. These are options and come with a modest additional fee. We would be happy to come out and install either or both items for you and would be willing to do so without a service fee or labor charges. If you want these items installed please give us a call.

The lift cable holding the extension spring on one side snapped and imprisoned my car inside the garage. Your technician, Ron Lecours, politely and explicitly explained to me that both cables should be replaced, gave me the cost of replacement. He also provided a cost with replacement extension springs, pulleys, and rollers (which was not much more than the lift cables alone). Ron explained how he would replace everything, gave me a discounted price on the labor, and sufficiently installed the all of the parts, per my agreement, in less than an hour. Ron Lecours was polite, thoughtful, professional, arrived before the scheduled time, and was very tidy with the work performed. I would HIGHLY recommend your company to anyone requiring your services. P.S. Ron was a little "under the weather" (as in, he had a cold) but still managed to provide excellent quality work. Thank you!

We only use the best parts and provide a lifetime warranty on our doors and a 5 year warranty on the doors parts and our labor. Our competitors offer 1 year on parts and labor. Typically we are $50 to $100 more than our competitors, but our workmanship and warranty give our customers peace of mind as well as the best parts on the market!

Had a great experience with Precision Door. The technician (Gary) was very informative and gave me all the available options with pricing on taking care of my problem. Had a cable snap on me on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. My local vendor who I have utilized in the past, took a day and a half to return my call, then was unavailable to help me for another 3 days. went on line and saw your ad and same day service and I really wanted to get it fixed that day so when I called and could get a 5-7 time slot so I took it, hard for me to get home before 5, and the person on the phone was very nice and helpful and my service tech was equally as nice and helpful. I wound up having a rebuild in which safety features were added and bigger spring/coils were installed so now my garage door no longer sounds like its in pain, its smooth and quiet. he also fixed a metal bracket that was 2/3rds split so he did a nice and professional and quick job on a very hot day...no complaints (I think I had Duane)and like I said, he did a complete rebuild...

The torsion spring on our garage door broke. We found Precision on the internet, were impressed with their website, with their reviews, and with their customer service when we called. We also got an immediate email confirmation. The service man, Mike LaPlace arrived 1 hour early. He was very personable, knows his work to excellence, and repaired the door in less than 45 minutes. He explained the springs, why they may have broke, and even taught us a couple things about using the garage door opener that we did not know. We will recommend Precision and Mike LaPlace to anyone. Our only recommendation is that we get called when they are coming 1 hour early. Fortunately we were home. Very satisfied
