He not only fixed the problem but also went the extra step to straighten the runner and tighten down the entire unit. The door is so quiet opening and closing now. The installation of the door lifter and the door were done in a professional manner. However, when I signed the initial contract the price included the installation of a lock with an emergency release and this was not done and now an additional charge will be added doesn't seem right.

These are options and come with a modest additional fee. We would be happy to come out and install either or both items for you and would be willing to do so without a service fee or labor charges. If you want these items installed please give us a call.

The Technician arrived as scheduled. Provided a quick and very accurate assessment (Drive gear problem), Had the part on his service vehicle readily available, and was most efficient on repairing my Door Opener. Awesome Service!! Great recommendations for future services available from Precision!!!! He is truly a subject matter expert!!!!! Thank you for having the best of the best available to support your customers!!!
