This morning I received a call from Barry at 7:30 AM advising that he would be here at 8 Am and he arrived precisely on time. He repaired a broken cable and lubed all of the rollers and hinges. He noticed that the "lifter" had torn loose and was only attached to the plastic door and not to a bracket that had not been installed. He promptly took care of the problem. After Barry left I checked with a friend/neighbor/condo board of director and his garage door also did not have the bracket. This will be brought up at the next board meeting and I expect that you will be contacted to install the bracket on 114 more garage doors in the complex. I give Barry 5 stars - he was great! Barry Williams, the Precision technician, quickly diagnosed and repaired the problems I was having with my garage door and keypad. With regard to the latter I had previously been told by someone from a different company that the keypad needed to be replaced. Barry knew how to simply reset the computer chip in the keypad and restore it so it is back to being fully functional. Barry was both professional and personable and typical of the experience I've had with Precision Door Service in the past. I highly recommend this company.
