We actually reviewed your reviews and they were our deciding factor in choosing Precision Doors. I have to say Mike Maghakian was our sales representative and he was awesome taking the time to show us all our options. I would recommend Precision to anyone. We were having an issue with our new door not closing so I called Precision and set up an appointment and Mike came and corrected the issue. Great guy definitely an asset to your company.

Mike was really good - efficient, friendly, knowledgeable. Showed me how it all ran at the end and was patient with my questions. The space for putting the motor in was very tight with light fixtures and racks, and he maneuvered around them with ease, in one area with less than one inch to spare. Very impressed.

After a terrible accident in which I suffered 3 injured fingers from a malfunctioning garage door I have been consistent about doing garage door check-ups on a periodic basis. Mike was thorough and patient and very personable. He checked everything on the door, rebalanced and lubricated the existing system and explained the door mechanism to me. I purchased another remote because mine was not working properly. Excellent service!

We had two doors done with Precision Doors this year, one at my home and one at my parents home. In both cases we had to bring a technician back as both projects were done incomplete or not done correctly. I also just had a very unsatisfactory phone call with Precision after the technician completed work at my parents home today and left my 88 year old father with some further work to caulk open areas to close some gaps. Walt I have left you e-mails on the latest issue with no response. I do not plan to do any further business with Precision and will certainly not be recommending your service to friends or family.

We just had Mike over at our house to make some maintenance repairs, replace some door hardware, install a new opener, and sync everything to a single keypad. He was incredibly professional, courteous, and wonderful to work with. Very helpful in explaining simple maintenance tasks we should do on our end to extend life of the door hardware. This is our second time using Precision and will definitely use you again in the future. Special thanks to Mike who was really amazing.

After receiving his check for solving one problem, the technician said he wanted to take a look at the wall unit. After he left I read the message on it: "excessive closing force detected" . The door now refuses to close. It comes down and then goes back up again. I have never experienced that and it was not why I called your company in the first place.

Our garage door spring and cable broke at 6:30pm. Called Precision immediately and scheduled a visit for between 2-4 the next day. Got a call from Mike that he could be there by 1:00pm. He assessed the problem and had it fixed within an hour. Also had our other garage door checked and lubricated while he was here. Very professional and had it done quickly. Highly recommend!
