Came next day to repair broken torsion spring. Service took less than an hour. Mike was pleasant, professional and did an excellent job. Only negative is that the $519 price for the repair seems very high.

I found Precision on the web...called them and spoke to Cameron - super nice gentleman very polite and setup the appointment very quickly. Mike W showed up for the appt - actually early, unheard of in the service industry. He was extremely casual and informal with his approach..."F" this. "F" that...luckily my wife was not privy to this - she would have been taken aback (and I do believe Mike would have been more balanced in front of her). The reason for 3-star rating is the pricing - I had the wall control replaced which retails on the manufacturer site for $45.99 and on Amazon for $40.99 w/prime. I was charged $108.00 for it, $86 for installation, $165 for spray lubing all the 3 door and $105 for the service call. Luckily I had a coupon for the service call and saved that amount. Did not have the presence of mind to share the part pricing with Mike when he was at our home - I am sure he would have matched that price. My advice - please do your research before and during and share that with technician.

The technician, Mike, was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful while repairing my garage door. He called to ask if it was OK to come earlier than scheduled, then diagnosed and fixed the problem promptly. He also provided alternatives for the future since my system is older and will eventually need replacement, but he was very professional about it. I will definitely call Precision Door again.

Opening up the motor housing confirmed his assessment. He clearly described the the choice of repair options and associated cost. Like the security of knowing who is coming by seeing picture and name. And knowing have been security checked. Mike explained different routes I could take and different costs. I made final choice which was to me least costly and solves problems (I hope). Of course with Mikes knowledge. Anything over hundred dollars scares me.....lol. Would appreciate a copy of work done mailed to me. Do not have a copier.

They were able to service my automatic garage doors. The technician was very nice, excellent interaction. He recommended greasing the door tracks and I agreed. An expensive little procedure at $55.00/per door and $85.00 labor. It took all of ten minutes. Buyer beware.

Not happy with your pricing. Told one thing on the phone and then billed for another much higher amount after the tech completed the work. Also invoice had no breakdown on parts or labor charges. Very unprofessional! After this outrageous overcharge I will never recommend your company to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mike M. was great. He was a very personable gentleman. He gave me a reasonable estimate of what it would cost to put in a new automatic garage door opener and replace some warn-out parts. He did the job in less than a few hours and was sure to point out all the improvements prior to leaving. It was a great experience.

Arrived on time.Did a good job.Cleaned up after the job was done. After he left the door opened by itself.I called the company. He came back and made an adjustment.Have to wait a couple of months to see if this opener is reliable.I see you have miitary discounts.I was never asked and never received one.Also being 80,never asked or received senior discount.Also just saw a $50.00 coupon with the opener I had installed.Never asked.How do I used that.

I will give you a 0 if I could. You charge me $105 to tell me exactly what I knew and the spring is broken. Then you tell me it so $600 to $700 for unnecessary work. The spring on the other side was replace two years ago for less than $200 and the best you can do is $400. All the additional parts and repairs were not needed. You are a disgrace to the service industry. The $105 was theft.
