He did a great job. I have three garage doors, one was not opening correctly and the drive unit needed to be replaced. One door is very old and the door opener hadn't worked in about twenty years, and he got that working too (first time ever). He tuned up the other door also. He also gave me a keypad entry (first time ever), and got all remotes working with all the doors (first time ever)! Great job and quickly done! Excellent work!

The assigned tech took the time to called me in advance to let me know he was on his way and how long it would be before he arrived. When the tech did arrive, he immediately identified himself, and was both professional and personable. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed the issue and providing me three very affordable options to fix my garage door, taking the time to explain, in detail, each option and the benefit of each, without trying to up-sell me, I felt no pressure to pick any option over another.

Precision has exceeded my expectations! I had an issue with my garage door closing. I had Precision install a new system 18 months ago that included a 7 year warranty. The recent issue involved my cluelessness about cobwebs covering the base on the ground and so the signals were not reading each other. The tech showed me what to do and problem solved in 30 seconds! So far, excellent service. Signed up for a free estimate, received a phone call immediately and scheduled for the person to come out, all within the same day! Paul was very helpful and professional. We have ordered a new garage door and now simply need to wait (order will take about 6-8 weeks). Hopefully the product and install will go as smoothly as the estimate and ordering.

What a great and knowledgeable worker Dillon is! The spring broke on our garage door and he replaced both of the springs and the pulleys. He reprogrammed the door and the opener and did a multi safety check on everything. He went over everything that he did and explained to me all about the door, springs and the safety aspects. The door works great now. Thank you for everything! Your company is the greatest. You good people made my day!

One of our garage door openers was not working with either the remote or the wired button. The technician arrived early (after calling to check if this was okay), quickly diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed soon after. Very reasonably pieced and friendly service.
