The man that came out to my house was very professional. He showed me exactly what was wrong and explained he could repair it but because of the age of the thing and winter coming along I decided to change it to a newer and better model . He was helpful in telling me the difference in systems which helped me to decide what to get. I like the new garage door opener now. Great work and cleaned up after himself .
