Ron Lecours has worked for Precision Door for over 12 years. He enjoys camping, hiking, snowboarding, fishing, and golf. He is a big sports guy and really enjoys football the most -- ask him about his fantasy football results... he's very good at picking teams! Ron has worked for a few different Precision Door franchises. He attended Lyndon State College for two years with a double major in ski resort management and marketing.

We used Precision Garage Door a year ago for general maintenance; just a check up, cleaning and greasing. Today, one of our garage doors was not working, and they fixed that too. Precision has exceeded my expectations! I had an issue with my garage door closing. I had Precision install a new system 18 months ago that included a 7 year warranty. The recent issue involved my cluelessness about cobwebs covering the base on the ground and so the signals were not reading each other. The tech showed me what to do and problem solved in 30 seconds! He did not charge me as a courtesy. I will always use Precision and recommend them to everyone. Thank you Ron!!!

Tech arrived on time and was friendly, pleasant, professional and patient with me. Showed me how to reprogram the door opener and had enough time to refresh the tracks and other moving parts of the garage door which desperately needed to be overhauled. We were very happy to get same day service as we were expecting to have to wait at least a few days. Technician was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. While we could’ve repaired the system we had, it was old and we knew it was time. Ron also did a quick fix to our garage door. Very happy with the service. Always reliable service, easy to get an appointment. Friendly servicemen inspect all elements, just to be sure. Today, my keypad was not working, so needed a new one. Christopher also found that one spring went bad on the overhead door opener, so while under warranty, he replaced that system as well. A great day, great service gave me relief and satisfaction.

Once again, Precision Garage Door provided excellent service. One of our garage doors wouldn't work, and Ron immediately knew we needed to replace the gear. He quickly did that, and also lubricated the gear on the other door so it would last longer. I love the friendly, prompt service, attention to detail, and the fact that they will fix/repair something if you don't need to purchase an entire new motor. We'll rely on Precision next time our garage doors need servicing. Thanks so much!!

From our first contact to Precision with the customer representative to the installation of the keyless garage door opener by Ron Lecours, was First Class! Everything was handled just as the customer Representative said it would. Ron Lectures arrived on time. He and my husband spoke about the inside door opener. He showed the keyless entry pad to us and demonstrated how it would work. He took out the old buttons and wiring and made sure that everything was safe and installed the opener, taking the time to make sure the old holes were covered. No high pressure, the opener sold itself, that's how great it is. He also added that where it is installed out of the weather it should be good for years. He was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He's definitely an asset to your organization. We will recommend your company without hesitation! Thank you!

This was my second 'experience' with Precision, and it only confirmed the VERY positive feeling I had about them a couple of years ago when I just needed my springs replaced. The girl/woman I originally spoke with (Miranda) seemed genuinely concerned about helping me out, and did! The gentleman (and he was that), Ron, who came to assess my situation and give me an estimate, was genuine and professional, listened to my concerns and limitations, and never tried to "sell me" anything I didn't want or need. The technician who installed the door (Justin) was similarly professional and personable, and did a great job. EVERYONE I dealt with made it a very positive experience. I would, and will, recommend Precison to anyone!

WOW, talk about great service, I called precision this morning because one of my garage openers died, I decided to do both of them and within 3 hours I had 2 brand new openers. My father law had used them and recommended them to me, I am glad he did. I highly recommend precision. Awesome top notch service.
