Ron Lecours has worked for Precision Door for over 12 years. He enjoys camping, hiking, snowboarding, fishing, and golf. He is a big sports guy and really enjoys football the most -- ask him about his fantasy football results... he's very good at picking teams! Ron has worked for a few different Precision Door franchises. He attended Lyndon State College for two years with a double major in ski resort management and marketing.

This was my second 'experience' with Precision, and it only confirmed the VERY positive feeling I had about them a couple of years ago when I just needed my springs replaced. The girl/woman I originally spoke with (Miranda) seemed genuinely concerned about helping me out, and did! The gentleman (and he was that), Ron, who came to assess my situation and give me an estimate, was genuine and professional, listened to my concerns and limitations, and never tried to "sell me" anything I didn't want or need. The technician who installed the door (Justin) was similarly professional and personable, and did a great job. EVERYONE I dealt with made it a very positive experience. I would, and will, recommend Precison to anyone!

Needed some lubrication and the sensor adjusted. The tech who is also a manager I think, believe his name is Ron, showed up early, was very nice, and very competent. Pricing is fair, and I got a bit of an education in Garage door maintenance and what to expect in the future.

I chose Precision because of the customer service on the phone, availability, and price. Ron, the repair person, was punctual, professional and friendly. Ron was very efficient and knowledgeable. He didn't waste any time getting to work. He replaced two cables, leveled the door and greased everything which made the door much quieter. I would recommend your company to anyone. Amazing customer service. Another company wanted to charge me double what Precision did. Very friendly service andeven secured my garage door shut for the time being wthout me asking, whereas the other company did not evenbdo that and I had to ask him to get it open to get my car out. He would have just left it and my car not able to get out. Anything you need that has to do with garages call Precision!

Excellent job. They offered same day service, arrived on time and called before they arrived to confirm. The technician explained what was broken and provided me options. The repair was quick and when the job was over the technician took all the old parts off site. The billing and invoice system was smooth and clearly documented. My garage doors operate and sound like new and now I am protected for 5 years.

From our first contact to Precision with the customer representative to the installation of the keyless garage door opener by Ron Lecours, was First Class! Everything was handled just as the customer Representative said it would. Ron Lectures arrived on time. He and my husband spoke about the inside door opener. He showed the keyless entry pad to us and demonstrated how it would work. He took out the old buttons and wiring and made sure that everything was safe and installed the opener, taking the time to make sure the old holes were covered. No high pressure, the opener sold itself, that's how great it is. He also added that where it is installed out of the weather it should be good for years. He was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He's definitely an asset to your organization. We will recommend your company without hesitation! Thank you!
