Outstanding, super-professional company and service--very, very impressed. After my initial phone call to set up an appointment for my broken garage door, I received a comprehensive email with appointment time, date and technician info, which assured me I made the right choice. Paul Osborne was my technician--he promptly arrived in a branded company van (love it), and was very friendly, courteous and professional (called beforehand to say he on his way--yes!) and patiently answered ALL questions I had--very knowledgeable. Precision is an appropriate name for this company--just exemplary--other businesses should take note, this is how it is done, particularly with customer service. I am one very happy customer--thank you!

We where extremely pleased & highly recommend Precision Door, noted excellent ad in phone book/internet. We spoke to live person received quick response to our emergency when our garage door jammed open & they dispatched a technician that afternoon, (it was a Saturday). Their technician Paul arrived, quickly accessed the problem & completed repairs that day, Paul was very professional, extremely knowledge. Thank you so much for you service .

Chris wasw our technician. He arrived within the time frame expected and he quickly diagnosed the problem and explained how it could be fixed. We added to the scope of the project when we asked about the installation of new garage door openers. Chris gave us a quote and we decided to go ahead and install them. Even though it was late on a Friday afternoon, Chris immediately got to work and once installed took time to help us set up our door entry and answered all questions. He gave us 110% of his attention and effort and did a great job! Thank you Chris - you are the best!

Excellent job. They offered same day service, arrived on time and called before they arrived to confirm. The technician explained what was broken and provided me options. The repair was quick and when the job was over the technician took all the old parts off site. The billing and invoice system was smooth and clearly documented. My garage doors operate and sound like new and now I am protected for 5 years.

We received an appointment for a repair in less than 24 hours. The problem was diagnosed in about 2 minutes from the time the technicians arrived. The entire repair (pulley replacement for two doors) was complete in about 45 minutes. Brian and Scott were wonderful. Thank you! Will definitely recommend!!

The end of April, 2015, my husband and I had a "new" garage door installed; plus, a "new" motor. There were numerous installations that were necessary. Both my husband and I were very happy with the expertise and knowledge that our TECH, Derek desJardins, gave us. He explained and demonstrated to us both how to operate our newly installed garage door; motor, our controls, etc. He mentioned our guarantees from a belt, roller, and garage panels. He really didn't miss a beat! We were not only impressed with how much heat we were saving or that, now, we have a snug fit with our "new" garage door. Before, we felt we were heating the outdoors. Our garage door "screaming Mimi" has been a source of irritation since we moved into our home. When we saw the offer for a tune up we decided to give your company a try. One of the best moves we've made lately. Your garage engineer did a great job. He was on time, very pleasant and knew what he was doing. Our door is now very quiet. In fact, when I went out tonight it shocked me with its lack of noise! We will be happy to have you listed in our 150 unit condo repair recommendations list. Now, the only problem will be I'll have to go into the house for help taking groceries out of the car. Our garage door, thanks to you, now does not announce "she home".

Paul and Rainer did a great job installing a replacement for our garage door opener. Paul did a great job explaining issues and did a professional and efficient installation. Also our call to schedule the installation was handled professionally with upfront information on costs. Paul called with a notification of the time for his arrival.
