Barry arrived on time and was professional in his demeanor. He explained everything prior to beginning the repair. He had the new springs installed and the bearings and cables were changed to. The price was explained prior to beginning the repair. I had already been waiting for a repair consult from a local company and would have needed another week for spring repair. Thank you to Barry and your receptionists on the phone . All were wonderful and someday i hope to do more business with your company.

Very knowledgeable and friendly service. They worked efficiently and had my springs replaced in 45 minutes or so. Barry also consulted with me about modernizing my doors with newer and safer openers and was able to provide an estimate on the spot. Definitely would recommend!

I chose precision door because of the website it seemed very professional and lots of favorable reviews. My technician was Barry, he called and said he could arrive about two hours early luckily I was home so that went well. He explained what needed to be done and did it in a quick fashion. Door operates as good as the date it was installed, based on my experience I would recommend this company

Barry came early after checking whether that would be okay. I was delighted to get the work done so promptly. He was very professional and polite, answering all my questions. I do not often provide 5 star reviews, in this case the entire experience of replacing the door to my garage with Precision was fantastic! From the estimate provided by Gary to the installation done by Juan. He arrived on time and completed the work in the time he said. He cleaned up the site. He explained how things worked and what to do for ongoing maintenance ... which is very minor. Juan did more than he needed to do, and I appreciate his extra effort! The door works great! And is sealed really well ... even with today's wind, snow, sleet and rain!
