Could not be happier with Precision. I called in the afternoon 1/16 and had an appointment for next day. The service technician Luis Pizarro was fantastic. Figured out the problem quickly and had all our doors and remote openers up and running in less than an hour. And..my appointment was for around 2:00 pm and Luis arrived right on the dot at 2. Highly recommend this company and especially Luis

He did a great job. I have three garage doors, one was not opening correctly and the drive unit needed to be replaced. One door is very old and the door opener hadn't worked in about twenty years, and he got that working too (first time ever). He tuned up the other door also. He also gave me a keypad entry (first time ever), and got all remotes working with all the doors (first time ever)! Great job and quickly done! Excellent work!

Called Precision for a broken door cable I was surprised at their quick response of their technician. Called on Monday and the service was scheduled for Tuesday afternoon. I opted for the complete "rebuild" service which was was a change out of Cables, Rollers, Springs, etc. I was a bit taken back by the price I thought 699.00 was a bit high but hey what isn't expensive these days? I will say my door is operating smoothly and much quieter now!
