I called Precision Garage Tuesday August 15 rigth away gave me scheduled i could not open our garage door. The technician, Dylan, arrived early and assessed the situation. He listened to our vision for the new doors, told us exactly what would work and, as importantly, what wouldn't and wasn't necessary. He knows his stuff. He priced out in real-time multiple options, and confirmed that our vision would be a good choice for the size and style of our house. He was on-time, professional, and very friendly. On top of all this, he even adjusted some settings on our existing (and near end-of-useful-life) garage doors to improve their remaining lifespan. I look forward to working with Dylan again.

Appointment was easy to a set up and they were up front about cost. Great communication leading up to the appointment including a picture of who was showing up and exactly when. The tech was friendly and explained all options. I did not feel pressured to choose complete rebuild and offered to send info on new auto opener

Dylan, was very professional, he evaluated the work, that needed to be done. He went over in detail all the options available to get the garage door operating properly and safe . He gave me an estimate on how long it would take. He completed the job and went over everything he did. He demonstrated everything he did and how everything was working with the equipment he installed. He completed the paperwork and reviewed the warranty. I was very pleased with the job.
