His personality on the phone and his knowledge of your industry is great! He explained the different options available to me with regards to the repair. He explained WHY my door was broken, and what is needed to fix it. Once compete, he showed me how SMOOTH the door now operates. I am a very happy customer and would be more than willing to let others know. I was also pleased with your customer service. Yesterday I spoke to a lady named Blue, she was great. Today, I called and spoke to Michelle, and she was able to get me a technician within hours, to me that is extraordinary service! Thank you again Walt. You have a great team working with and for you! Mike was the repairman who came and fixed my garage door. He was on time and fixed it quickly. He also provided me with some maintenance tips that I can do to help extend the life of the door. Very good job and I would recommend using this company.

Hi Walt, I had Paul come to service my garage door on 8/24/18 that your company installed on 9/2015. My request for the service call was to fix the noise when the door opens. Paul could not fix the problem and now the noise is going up and down. When the door is unhooked the garage door open and closing is quiet. The second garage door that you installed at the same time is quiet all the time. Paul was polite and listened to my problem and I enjoyed working with him but the noise still is there and I am not happy with the results which I had to pay for. I look forward to your feed back about my garage door problem. Thanks.

I chose Precision Door because you accepted credit cards. The person who installed the doors did an excellent job, however, I will be calling your company because you need to order an extra replacement piece of light gray weather stripping because the installer damaged one strip during the installation. A screw tore a hole through it. Otherwise, excellent and thank you. I ordered two new garage doors and two new automatic door openers. I would give you a five star rating.

Thank you for your feed back and your business. We apologize if you felt we did not schedule your follow-up appointment as quickly as you felt was appropriate. For the record we were at your home last Friday 8/10/18 and left at 3:15 pm. On Monday 8/13/18 we called you at 8:31 am and set up your follow-up appointment. Our administrative office closes at 3:30 pm on Friday and reopens at 7:30 am on Monday.

I had called a garage door company that I have used for several years. They could not help me for over one week so I found Precision Door on line. They initially gave me the same answer but when I said “no thank you” the person on the phone asked me to wait until she checked with the service manager and I was informed they would be to my home later that day. From the initial phone call to the conclusion of the service, I received very professional and courteous service. The technician,Mike Thurber was absolutely fantastic. He explained the problem to me in terms that I could understand. He is a credit to the company and i rate him among the best service technicians who have ever done service at my home. If I have any other garage door problems in the future Precious Door is the company I will call.

After receiving his check for solving one problem, the technician said he wanted to take a look at the wall unit. After he left I read the message on it: "excessive closing force detected" . The door now refuses to close. It comes down and then goes back up again. I have never experienced that and it was not why I called your company in the first place.
