This was advertized as a tuneup with nylon rollers installed. I was hoping to make them open and close a little quieter. One did work better, the second door is still very noisy. The technician explained to my wife that this was because the door had been backed into. Live and learn. the service performed category below did not list tuneup.

I called on a Friday evening after the chain on my Liftmaster came off the cam, which had snapped. I was told that a tech would be here between 4-6 on Saturday, I received a call in the morning re-scheduling to between 10-12, even better. Jason showed up and explained the entire job to me and said it would take about 30-45 minutes. He replaced the cam and all my rollers and re-balanced the door and set the tension. It was a perfect door and I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone in the future.

I had your tech repair my door and replace a number of parts. I was concerned over the cost he had quoted me but convinced me that the parts he was using were top notch. This was my fault for not researching how much the parts actually cost. You charged me $240 for a set of springs (Just the parts) and the rest of the parts and labor cost me $580. Looking online I see the exact same parts for a fraction of the cost. $60 to $80 for a set of springs and $35(for 10) for the special "11 bearing" rollers". Again my fault for being uninformed but I will not make the same mistake and use another company when it is time to do the other door. I also had a friend ask me about my door because he needed a new opener and I relayed the story so you will not be hearing from him.

Fantastic experience. Person who answered the phone was excellent -- she quickly set up an appointment that fit my schedule and even sent an email confirmation. our service was great , our technician was working in zero degree weather for hours with no complaints. He was communicative, reliable , hard working and responsible, his name was Adam. The office worked well for us and even though there was a bump or two in the road they attended to whatever was needed quickly in fitting our door. We highly recommend them .

Tom did a great job on the garage door repair and also spent time checking out the other garage door. The same day service was excellent. I also liked that I did receive a senior discount. I would call your company again if I had any garage door repair issues or garage door replacements. I also liked that the company did drug testing and background checking on the employees

Had a great experience with Precision Door. The technician (Gary) was very informative and gave me all the available options with pricing on taking care of my problem. In no way did he try to sell me more then what I needed. The work was done in a timely manner and the space left clean after they left. The door works like it was brand new. I used Precision before for repairs, so I tried to find a current review on line, but had some difficulty locating the Company listing. I finally called the number on my sticker/magnet anyway. I'm glad I did. Gary came out and assessed the situation and I was convinced that he was right that I would be better off putting in a new door than repairing the old door. He explained things in detail, and I liked the idea of energy savings in addition to a better looking door that worked well. So, I upgraded. Ray was the installer, and he was great - very polite, enthusiastic, diligent. He did a great job putting the new door in! And corrected the problem with my old structure that wasn't level. He came early and completed the installation, cleaned up all the old stuff and took it away. Both Gary and Ray were very professional and just real nice to deal with. I was very impressed, and when my Sears door opener stops working eventually, I plan to call Precision. I can't recommend them highly enough. A first rate job, in my view. The new door is great. I called at 1pm and was told someone would be at my home between 2 and 4pm. At 3pm Gary arrived, quickly diagnosed and explained my problem and set about to repair the issue. He worked efficiently, quietly, and cleanly! I have a 21st century garage door system now to let me in to my 1940s garage. Thank you Gary. Very fast and efficient service. Came up with an innovative solution to the problem of replacing the rubber at the bottom of the garage door. Cost a little more than I thought I would have to pay, but I'm confident it will be worth it.
