I looked online to see about a broken spring. Precision was the first on the list. Then the video I watched. That made my decision for me. Dylan Perkins your service person was excellent. Explained ahead of time what he was doing and what it would cost plus any options. We added the door remote which I should have had before Very much a professional ???? GREAT JOB

Fantasic service; highly recommended! Was having issues with improperly installed doors. Problems were near-instantaneously diagnosed and the two doors completely repaired and functioning like new within a couple hours. Everyone I dealt with through the process was helpful and courteous; and most importantly I finally have peace of mind that I probably won't be killed via garage door. Can't put a price on that! Seriously, thanks a lot!

We called Precision Overhead Garage Service in the morning as we could not open our garage door and the opener kept beeping. An appointment was set up for the same. Appointment was easy to a set up and they were up front about cost. Great communication leading up to the appointment including a picture of who was showing up and exactly when. Could not be happier with Precision. I called in the afternoon 1/16 and had an appointment for next day. The service technician Luis Pizarro was fantastic. Figured out the problem quickly and had all our doors and remote openers up and running in less than an hour. And..my appointment was for around 2:00 pm and Luis arrived right on the dot at 2. Highly recommend this company and especially Luis
