So nice, polite and very knowledgable. He told me just what he would be doing showed me all the parts and explained what each part did and why he was replacing the parts he did. Barry Williams, the Precision technician, quickly diagnosed and repaired the problems I was having with my garage door and keypad. With regard to the latter I had previously been told by someone from a different company that the keypad needed to be replaced. Barry knew how to simply reset the computer chip in the keypad and restore it so it is back to being fully functional. Barry was both professional and personable and typical of the experience I've had with Precision Door Service in the past. I highly recommend this company.
