I had two garage door openers replaced today by a very competent, professional and polite technician, Felipe Goncalves. His explanation of how the new system worked was clear and he was patient in describing available options. The work was done promptly, he cleaned up thoroughly after his work and he took time to show me how to use it. I took time to write this because I want you to know what a valuable employee you have in Felipe and to give you a five star rating . However, I do not want my name to appear on your site. If you want to use my input make certain that my name is omitted.

He even followed up with some research on various options the following day. 5 stars. Precision responded very quickly after our old garage door opener broke. They suggested the best one for our garage and it was installed the day we called. They also insisted on doing a very good cleanup, even though we said it was not completely necessary. Their repairman was knowledgeable, courteous and easy to work with! I would like to compliment your technician Gary Richtmeyer & your company for your fast service and honesty. Prior to my calling your company for service I called an online garage door repair service. It was a bad experience and cost me $100.00 service charge which I paid and I assumed was repaired....several days later the same garage door problems that I was charged for were re-occurring ....I referred back to the original garage door service and found that I couldn't find their number online as I did originally. Glass cracked in one of my door panes. Precision was able to order a replacement and a few days later set up an appointment to install it. the installer showed up on time and was done in 30 minutes. A great experience!
