We had a garage door that was out of alignment. The service technician arrived early in the 2 hour commitment window, and identified the problem almost immediately. Before he left, the parts were already on order, with a promise they'd be ready to install 'early next week'. Not 3 hours later I got a call to schedule the parts replacement the following Monday. Terrific service, and fair prices - what more could you ask for!

The technician, Brian, was professional, polite, and even arrived a little earlier than the scheduled appointment time. He did an appraisal and told me what needed to be done and what the cost would be for the repairs. Brian was efficient and the repairs took less than 45 minutes to perform. I am very pleased with my two new garage doors. The installer, Derek Desjardins, did a wonderful job. This was not an easy install because he had to contend with snow, ice and bitter cold. He was very personable. My only slight complaint would be that it did take a long time from the date of ordering the doors to the date of installation. It would be a good idea to give the customer occasional updates on the time schedule.
