Precision's advertising was very informative. It was useful to know that service is available 24/7 (including weekend and evenings.) My service technician was prompt and very knowledgable. He fixed the issue - replacing the photo eyes - in an efficient manner and explained the problem and ways I could correct the problem in the future (if necessary.) I would recommend Precision without reservation.

Ernie was unable to make scheduled appointment due to unforseen circumstances at a prior appointment. He called to apologize and rescheduled for a day and time of my convenience. Following installation of the door opener w/battery backup he took the time to walk me through the operational procedures and answer all my questions clearly and concisely. I was promised the first appointment. You did call to tell me that traffic was going to delay your technician's arrival, but I really needed to get to work.
