Mike was our tech. We had a spring break on our door....as I was going out at 7am on a Saturday morning. I called At 9am when I got back. A real person answered the phone listened to the problem Ns David they could have someone there between. 2 and 4. Great! But I admit I was a little skeptical. Well at 11 am the phone rang and the tech asked if he could come early ! Wow. Well he did come at noon. One of two springs bad broken. One broke a few years ago. The company I had do the work charged a fortune but only did one spring and really didnt fix the problem . Mike showed me the wheels that were failing and sticking. That was straining the motor and caused the spring to snap. He replaced both spring and the wheels in no time. He was great and explained everything and showed me the before and after. He did a great job. I would highly recommend the company and the instller mike laplace. I have made sure I told my friends family and neighbors.

My husband has been trying to fix our 20+ year old garage doors for years, and finally this weekend he agreed to call a professional. I called Precision on Saturday and they scheduled Mike to come out on that Monday between 9-11. Mike showed up right on time, and immediately knew what the problem was. The doors both needed entire overhauls.He gave me an accurate quote and time estimate, explained why that were out of code and wouldn't pass a home inspection, and an hour and a half later, they were running great! He didn't try to upsell me in to something I didn't need and was very thorough and efficient! This type of work is not cheap, but is not meant for the DIY'ers!! My husband could have saved himself a lot of time and aggravation and running around for parts if he had called these guys years ago. This may sound canned but it is really true. I would definitely recommend Precision.

My wife called around for a garage technician. It was the personal interaction/ customer service on the phone that sold us to work with Precision. When the tech arrived at the house he was on time, helpful and very informative. Most of all he work quite well with us. He listened to us and made sure all questions were answered. we are quite impressed with the customer service and how the job was handled. We had damaged our garage door by accidentally backing into it (from the inside). Before calling Precision, we had called the original installer to give us an estimate. We were quoted $550 because they felt two of panels had to be replaced. I was not satisfied with that answer because the damage to the door was not significant and thought it could be repaired. Gary did a careful inspection and agreed that the damage could be repaired w/o replacing the panels. The quote was significantly less and the results were great! We didn't really have to, but went ahead and replaced the rollers also for an additional charge. Money was better spent on that. Operation of the doors is very quiet and smooth. Will call Precision anytime and highly recommend them.

I tried Precision after I got a deal on new rollers and maintenance through AAA, and read good reviews about them.It turned out there were several things needed including newer safety features. The doors had not been serviced in years so we had to spend some money but the service man, Mike, was great. He was thorough, honest, and seemed like a really nice guy. Was very happy with same-day service for broken garage door with my car trapped inside. Matt G showed up in a couple of hours and with his help got the door open. Matt was very knowledgeable giving me the possible options and tradeoffs. Unfortunately, was not really reasonable to repair (60 yr old components) since I knew I needed a new one anyway. Duane McCabe,provided the estimate for the job to be done. He was prompt(actually early) to the appointment he was knowledgeable and answered all question his recommendations made sense. I asked him if he would be the installer of the equipment. He replied in the negative to wit I told him I was disappointed because in a short hour I trusted him. The above may sound a little maudlin, but I purchase costly items based on knowledge of product and trust in the individual/company. let's hope that the crew that installs everything lives up to my expectations.

Great experience overall! I originally was going to just have the garage door system repaired but the tech that came out, Gary, said it was in need of so much repair that a new system was the better (and lower cost) way to go. The existing garage door system really was awful, rotting and rusting away, but I didn't realize just how dangerous it was until Gary talked to me about it. After I decided to go with the new door and hardware the process went very smoothly. Precision met the timelines and cost that I was quoted and kept me informed throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Precision!

The tech checked out the doors, recommended a few improvements, but didn't try to sell anything, which was great. He replaced the metal rollers with nylon ones, and installed safety cables. Was in an out in what felt like an hour. Super job!

I called precision at 3pm and they were at our house at 4:15pm. Our garage door had broken springs and pulleys, the door was off-line and would not open from the transponder. Our Technician Tom, was fast efficient and knowledgable. He did a complete tune up replacing all wheels and pulleys, putting in new electronic eyes and even programming our car built in transponder. All this with no hassles. The door operates like new again, Thank You Precision!!

The technician came on the earlier time of appointment and fixed the problem quickly. It was a realignment of sensor eyes so garage door closed. Tom also added another bolt to ceiling fixture since he saw it was loose. This is at least the third time I have used Precision Doors and would recommend them.
