Booked online based on reviews on Thursday pm for a next day appointment. Technician (Justin Rice) arrived ahead of schedule, evaluated and provided a fair and equitable price to do a complete component replacement, spring, rollers, cables and tune up - all with 7 year warranty. Justin, was knowledgeable, friendly and completed the job in a timely manner! Would highly recommend them.

The technician arrived on time and was pleasant and knowledgeable. He evaluated my issue and gave me options for the fix. He needed to rebuild the garage door with new rollers, springs, etc. The job took about 40 minutes. The door now works perfectly. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the price. I think the price was high for the job but I needed to have it done and there is a $130.00 service call fee.

I found your company online and read the reviews from other customers in my city. All the reviews were so favorable, so I decided that I would contact your company and schedule an appointment. My appointment was scheduled online and from that point forward your company provided me with an appointment that was within a few days which was very acceptable. I received a text message today advising me that your technician Justin Rice was on his way. Justin was personable. He was very professional and immediately addressed and resolved my problem. Any future problems with my garage doors, I will be contacting your company for service.

I've had two service calls since moving in to our home. One for a new system and one to replace the rubber pieces on the bottom of the doors. Both times, the techs were knowledgeable, prescriptive and very patient. Never trying to upsell, always focused on finding a solution to the issue. This is a first rate operation with first rate employees. And the best part is their prices are very reasonable. I can't speak highly enough about the service.

Fantasic service; highly recommended! Was having issues with improperly installed doors. Problems were near-instantaneously diagnosed and the two doors completely repaired and functioning like new within a couple hours. Everyone I dealt with through the process was helpful and courteous; and most importantly I finally have peace of mind that I probably won't be killed via garage door. Can't put a price on that!
