Precision Garage Door and their technician, Dylan P, did two single-door rebuilds and upgraded one of the garage door openers. Dylan's service level exceeded all expectations! It was a pleasure to have him to our home for the work. Dylan called twice earlier in the day about his estimated time of arrival. His actual time of arrival was even earlier than the service window (good thing). Dylan did thorough inspections of the hardware; then, shared his findings, our options, and his recommendation when I asked. Dylan was polite, friendly and product knowledge was exceptional. His work was professional and very efficient. Recommend Precision and Dylan without reservation.

Precision Garage Door did some major work on my garage door about 4 years ago. Over time, the door was starting to loosen so that it didn’t always stay up. Since I had a 5 year warranty for parts and labor, I called Precision back to have the work done. I was pleasantly shocked when they had a technician available to come out today, the day I called. And the technician they sent, Dylan, could not have been better. He’d already read the previous work order from 4 years ago before he even arrived, then he quickly analyzed the current issues, repaired everything perfectly and quickly, and explained clearly everything he’d done. Along with his obvious expertise and competence, he also could not have been a nicer person. Because of Dylan, I’m giving Precision 5 stars, but wish I could give many more. FYI, the warranty covered all parts and labor, leaving me to pay only a reasonable service fee, which was outside the 5 year parts and labor warranty. I will definitely do business with Precision Garage Door again and ask specifically for Dylan when I need garage door service in the future.

After calling my old door company and found out they were sold , i reached out to Precision. I booked my service online and found they had availability the same day! Dylan called me before and said he was on his way. The professionalism and attention to detail were amazing in his work replacing broken springs and cables. I would highly recommend this company for service and especially Dylan who is an asset to the company he works for.

I have had many good experiences with precision! They are always on time and really helpful and definitely solve the problem efficiently. When my garage door wouldn't open, I was at a loss as my car was inside. Contacted a friend who immediately called your company. Being the day before Xmas Eve, your person came the day after Xmas. He came, fixed the broken cable and gave me some options. Leave it as is or get new cables. I opted for new cables as the ones there are old. Also, I was told I would not be charged for the first visit. The young man was extremely nice, polite and explained everything to my satisfaction. Looking forward to seeing your people next week

We contacted Precision Door Service for help with our recently installed garage door opener/motor. We were able to arrange a service call for the next day. Two highly capable service representatives respond to our call and quickly identified a problem with our door sensor. They corrected the problem and greased our door railings and rollers. We could not be more pleased with their professionalism and ability to quickly diagnose and correct our problem.

Lance and Dylan just completed spring replacement for our garage doors. Included new rollers and drums. Door is operating very nicely -- less noise and now balanced !!! He gave me an estimate on how long it would take. He completed the job and went over everything he did. This is an excellent company to deal with. My old garage door opener broke down on Wednesday and Precision was able to install a new one the next day. The online booking is very easy and user-friendly. My new opener was installed by a technician (Dylan) with exceptional customer service skills - I have been a homeowner for 36 years and I have not met his match. He reviewed with me my options and then proceeded to install the new opener, which took less than an hour. Once installed, he patiently reviewed with me the operation of the unit. Over the next couple of days, I was having trouble installing the integrated camera on the myQ app. I called him and he came by that same day and solved the issue. Incredible!! If I could give this company and Dylan a 10-Star rating, I would.

The technician diagnosed the problem, performed the corrective action and gave me a full explanation of the work completed. He demonstrated that they were operating correctly . He gave some tips to keep the doors working their best. He then gave me a breakout of the charges with an invoice sent to my e-mail address.
