The technician's visit today was to follow up on the recent installation of one of the doors. He did a very thorough job and explained clearly what was going on. Also, he quickly programmed our two vehicles to operate the doors. He is very competent and courteous. Precision is fortunate to have employees of his caliber.

So far, excellent service. Signed up for a free estimate, received a phone call immediately and scheduled for the person to come out, all within the same day! Paul was very helpful and professional. We have ordered a new garage door and now simply need to wait (order will take about 6-8 weeks). Hopefully the product and install will go as smoothly as the estimate and ordering.

I had a great experience with Precision Door Service. They were prompt and professional. I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days calling. The springs on our electric garage door were stretching out. One set was worse than the other. We were able to het an appointment fairly quickly. We called on a Friday and hit an appointment for the following Monday. I appreciated getting a text message with the name and photo of the person coming to do this repair. It out my mind at ease to know who was coming. Jesse, our garage door repairman arrived a little bit earlier, but had notified us prior to arriving to let us know. He was very personable, professional, efficient and instructive. He assessed the situation, told us what needed to be done and gave us the price for the labor and parts. He should us where we needed to lubricate the rails and the hinges on the door, and how frequently we should do this. He told us what type of lubricant to use and explained why this particular type is most effective. Jesse completed the work in a timely manner and left the areas where he worked clean.

We were very happy to get same day service as we were expecting to have to wait at least a few days. Technician was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. While we could’ve repaired the system we had, it was old and we knew it was time. Ron also did a quick fix to our garage door. Very happy with the service. I would give Paul 10 stars if it was possible because of how he engaged with my garage door obsessed child. He answered numerous questions, and was kind and encouraging through the whole process. This was definitely the highlight of my child's year! With regard to the actual service, Paul was knowledgeable and prompt. He clearly laid out our options for repair or replacement with information about the warranties. He was friendly and cheerful, and did not try to push more services than we wanted. I had used Precision about 2 1/2 years ago and called them with a broken cable problem. They were able to come that very morning, so I was lucky and they performed the service quickly and explained all my options. In the end he replaced springs, rollers and cables with a 7 year warranty.

I chose Precision Door in part from the positive feedback on line and I found the service to be prompt, professional, and informative. Paul called before his arrival and was running early and asked if that was ok with me. Once here he asked the issue I was having and checked my doors one of which was racked. He recommended re-building the frame and replacing the springs. He informed me the cost and with my ok completed the work within the hour. It was a good experience.

Paul did a fantastic job fixing the damage to our door. Called first thing in the morning got a same day appointment and he even came earlier than the scheduled appointment time. He provided a thorough examination with a clear presentation to ensure we knew what needed to be done and why. Finished the work and explained maintenance we could perform to help keep the doors healthy. Hope to work with him again in the future to possibly update our openers or doors for better insulation. Cannot speak more highly of his service.

I called a couple of companies when I called Precision I get an immediate & positive response from the receptionist she took down all the information I could provide about our problem with our garage door, she put me on hold for a couple of minutes came back asked me if I was going to be home, OF COURSE IT'S SNOWING, she told me a mechanic/technician would be calling in 45 - 60 minutes to let us know when he would be arriving. the technician called arrived with in the hour he had just completed a call near by. Paul, the technician was a real Pro surveyed the problem with me and my wife within the hour our door was fixed operating like brand new, smooth and quiet. we are totally satisfied - job well done

Representative was very professional; he installed the opener in an hour; he explained all the features and procedures. Very courteous. Recommend Precision Door to anyone needing any garage door service. Your company did a repair to the springs in my two garage doors around four years ago.
