We had made several attempts to get our garage door working again, using several random garage door guys. Precision showed up and successfully fixed the neighbour's door, so we booked him to check ours. He quickly identified it as a circuit board problem, had the part and was able to replace it on the spot, and 'presto' the door is working again. Thanks Paul! Great job.

I would rate you as a 5. Polite, courteous, and a pleasure to do business with. The only thing is the fact it took one month from the time I ordered the door until the time it came. But that is not necessarily your fault. I would still rate you a 5 for your professionalism.

We spoke to live person received quick response to our emergency when our garage door jammed open & they dispatched a technician that afternoon, (it was a Saturday). I am so happy to have a working door again. Chris was professional, did a great job and was very thorough. He listened to the problem, assessed the situation, explained the repair and went to work! No waiting on parts he was done within an hour and laid out his guarantee and any future issues that could potentially happen. He actually made the existing door safer. I got lots of calls and discounted offers but was looking to establish a relationship with a company I could count on..I think I found it!

Came when they said they would. Called me first to confirm if the time I booked was still convenient. Did the job quickly and professionally and get this the picked up and cleaned the garage floor area where they worked.
