Had a great experience with Precision Door. The technician (Gary) was very informative and gave me all the available options with pricing on taking care of my problem. In no way did he try to sell me more then what I needed. The work was done in a timely manner and the space left clean after they left. The door works like it was brand new. Overall the experience was a great one.

Tom did a great job on the garage door repair and also spent time checking out the other garage door. The same day service was excellent. I also liked that I did receive a senior discount. I would call your company again if I had any garage door repair issues or garage door replacements. I also liked that the company did drug testing and background checking on the employees

I used Precision before for repairs, so I tried to find a current review on line, but had some difficulty locating the Company listing. I finally called the number on my sticker/magnet anyway. I'm glad I did. Gary came out and assessed the situation and I was convinced that he was right that I would be better off putting in a new door than repairing the old door. He explained things in detail, and I liked the idea of energy savings in addition to a better looking door that worked well. So, I upgraded. Ray was the installer, and he was great - very polite, enthusiastic, diligent. He did a great job putting the new door in! And corrected the problem with my old structure that wasn't level. He came early and completed the installation, cleaned up all the old stuff and took it away. Both Gary and Ray were very professional and just real nice to deal with. I was very impressed, and when my Sears door opener stops working eventually, I plan to call Precision. I can't recommend them highly enough. A first rate job, in my view. The new door is great. Thanks Gary and Ray.

I called at 1pm and was told someone would be at my home between 2 and 4pm. At 3pm Gary arrived, quickly diagnosed and explained my problem and set about to repair the issue. He worked efficiently, quietly, and cleanly! I have a 21st century garage door system now to let me in to my 1940s garage. Thank you Gary. ( Ps we discovered we listen to the same satellite radio station.. Much to Gary's surprise!)

I did not have to wait for a service call--service arrived within a couple of days of my calling. Jason was very prompt, he assessed the problem quickly, gave me the various options. Though more money than I had anticipated, I opted for the major repair, which Jason did very efficiently because all the repair parts were carried on his truck--thank you!!

Our best guess is that the wires were not correctly installed. The opener worked when we left, but obviously we hadn't done the original job properly. We apologize for any inconvenience and are obviously happy to come out and provide warranty work (free of charge). Again we are sorry our first attempt to fix your opener wasn't as promised.

I just had Precision Door Service perform a repair on my garage door openrs, they adjusted the tension belt and adjusted the track so the door would close properly. Had a cable snap on me on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. My local vendor who I have utilized in the past, took a day and a half to return my call, then was unavailable to help me for another 3 days. I called Precision, I received prompt professional response both over the phone and via email. The email introduced me to the service team and included pertinent appointment data. Jason, who handled the repair, was very informative as well as professional. He provided an expert repair and recommended additional follow up, for which I will certainly call Precision. Precision's advertising was very informative. It was useful to know that service is available 24/7 (including weekend and evenings.) My service technician was prompt and very knowledgable. He fixed the issue - replacing the photo eyes - in an efficient manner and explained the problem and ways I could correct the problem in the future (if necessary.) Ernie was unable to make scheduled appointment due to unforseen circumstances at a prior appointment. He called to apologize and rescheduled for a day and time of my convenience. Following installation of the door opener w/battery backup he took the time to walk me through the operational procedures and answer all my questions clearly and concisely. Prompt service & excellent customer service.When I called I got an appointment the next day. My garage door was fixed within 3 days of my call. Limit switch was replaced. They were waiting for a part. Jason was very knowledgeable and professional. Do not hesitate to call. Great Service!!!
