I locked myself out of the garage because one of my two remote controls stopped working and I left the working one in the car. Lou was able to open the door after drilling a small hole to gain access to the pull string. He then installed a manual lock and key mechanism using the hole that he just drilled. So, there was no damage on the door and I won't lock myself out again! Thanks, Lou!! Only 3 hours passed between the time I placed the call and the completion of the work!

I would highly recommend Precision Doors. The technician Ron had a great attitude and did not give up trying to resolve the issue. I have a detached garage and all remotes or key would not open the garage. Ron had to take out a window in the back of the garage and climb through to get into the garage to open the door to diagnose the issue. He was very patient and had a great sense of humor about the situation as one of my neighbors got concerned. Ron and I were able to assure my neighbor all was well. Thank you Ron for not giving up.

I do not often provide 5 star reviews, in this case the entire experience of replacing the door to my garage with Precision was fantastic! From the estimate provided by Gary to the installation done by Juan. He arrived on time and completed the work in the time he said. He cleaned up the site. He explained how things worked and what to do for ongoing maintenance ... which is very minor. Juan did more than he needed to do, and I appreciate his extra effort! The door works great! And is sealed really well ... even with today's wind, snow, sleet and rain!

Ron called because he was running early and showed up hoping someone was home. Diagnosed the problems and called me to discuss. By the time I got home the repairs had been completed and the door worked fine. If I had tried it myself probably would have taken all day well worth the phone call.
