I had two garage door openers replaced today by a very competent, professional and polite technician, Felipe Goncalves. His explanation of how the new system worked was clear and he was patient in describing available options. The work was done promptly, he cleaned up thoroughly after his work and he took time to show me how to use it. I took time to write this because I want you to know what a valuable employee you have in Felipe and to give you a five star rating . However, I do not want my name to appear on your site. If you want to use my input make certain that my name is omitted.

Gary is very knowledgable and is a good representative for your business. Everything went well except I'm not sure we tested the middle door. It is still not going down and Gary had already left. I tried to call him back but had to setup another appointment. Hopefully I don't have to take anymore time off work. Would have been 5 stars for sure except for it not being fixed.

Prior to my calling your company for service I called an online garage door repair service. It was a bad experience and cost me $100.00 service charge which I paid and I assumed was repaired....several days later the same garage door problems that I was charged for were re-occurring ....I referred back to the original garage door service and found that I couldn't find their number online as I did originally. I was pleased with the service Matt provided today. He was on time, courteous and went out of his was to be sure everything was working properly before he left. The only negative was that I originally had an appointment two days ago. Apparently the technician who was scheduled was running late but no one called me until after my two-hour window had expired. However, I won't hesitate to call again because in the end I am very satisfied.

Glass cracked in one of my door panes. Precision was able to order a replacement and a few days later set up an appointment to install it. the installer showed up on time and was done in 30 minutes. A great experience!
