I called Precision around 2pm after the spring on my garage door broke. Ron, the technician, arrived at my house by 4pm (ahead of schedule!). He was friendly, professional and explained everything clearly - including different options and prices. He had all necessary parts on the truck and was able to fix the door within 30 mins. I can't say enough good things about Ron and Precision. I highly recommend them!

Christopher called to say he would arrive earlier than the appointed time. After he arrived he asked a few questions then set about diagnosing the problem. Within 20 minutes he made some recommendations and a cost estimate which I accepted. A short time later I had a garage door opening normally. Christopher was professional and courteous. The person on the phone was also helpful and courteous. Very good overall experience.

Gary was great! I drove through my garage door, totally destroying it and I needed lots of help narrowing down all the choices and options for a replacement. He did that well for me. And then, after i'd ordered and he'd left, he heard that we were going to get lots of snow tomorrow. He drove back to my house and installed a tarp he got to cover the opening. I had an online chat with Precision on a Friday evening, and set up an appointment for the next day, Saturday at 5 pm. He informed me of the initial fee and actually called the next day to ask if we were available earlier. We were, and he came by assessed the job, and completed it there and then in about 1/2 hour. The service was exceptional and Lou, our technician was both professional and knowledgeable. We would definitely use and recommend Precision again.

I range Precision because they had good reviews, and I'm so glad I did. Firstly the young lady in the call center was polite & very helpful and arrange for service technician to be at my home very quickly. Just over an hour later Ron the service technician arrived at my home, he looked at the garage door, asked a few questions, then showed /explained what the problem was , he then told me the price and how he got to that amount, I told him to go ahead and do the repair, which he did. Lou arrived at my home even earlier than expected and was able to diagnose and fix my problem within minutes. He was honest, professional, friendly and thorough. My "repair" actually turned out to be a radio frequency issue with a replaced light bulb in the motor. Who would have guessed? We replaced the curly light bulb with an old style one and my doors open and shut just fine. He really knew his stuff. I would absolutely recommend this company and would call them again if I needed repair or was replacing my doors.
