We had a great previous experience with Precision in the past and this was no different. Alex arrived within an hour and a half of our call about a malfunctioning for opener. In less than two hours he had installed a new one that is infinitely better than what we had before. Last year Precision installed a fantastic new set of garage doors, motors, etc. Everything was working flawlessly until one of the doors started skipping a little bit. Had all the parts he needed right on the van. Outstanding service, good value, and a 3 year warranty on the work (you can get up to 7 years if you pay a little more and upgrade some parts).
