I called Precision around 2pm after the spring on my garage door broke. Ron, the technician, arrived at my house by 4pm (ahead of schedule!). He was friendly, professional and explained everything clearly - including different options and prices. He had all necessary parts on the truck and was able to fix the door within 30 mins. Christopher called to say he would arrive earlier than the appointed time. After he arrived he asked a few questions then set about diagnosing the problem. Within 20 minutes he made some recommendations and a cost estimate which I accepted. A short time later I had a garage door opening normally. Christopher was professional and courteous. I had an online chat with Precision on a Friday evening, and set up an appointment for the next day, Saturday at 5 pm. He informed me of the initial fee and actually called the next day to ask if we were available earlier. We were, and he came by assessed the job, and completed it there and then in about 1/2 hour.
