The serviceman showed up on time and found the problem very quickly. The repair itself took almost no time at all. I've contacted other companies and it seems all they want to do is sell you a new door. That wasn't the case here. I would recommend this company to everyone.

My garage door's spring and pulley broke on Labor Day. I called the telephone number and got a knowledgeable person.(Most places would have just had a recording saying they were closed) I made an appointment for the next day and the service technician came down on time and repaired it. He explained everything to me. Very satisfied. Please continue to offer same day service it is what stands out along with good repair work. Rating 5

Chose Precision because I had an urgent problem and liked your website with the instant live chat and because you responded so quickly. I accidentally lowered the garage door with the remote while the trunk door was open and the trunk door got stuck and garage door wouldn't open again so couldn't get to my car. This was late Friday afternoon and a technician (Ron) was scheduled for the next day--a Saturday! He was prompt (half an hour early), friendly, courteous, and obviously knew what he was doing. He resolved the problem in no time. Will call you in a heartbeat for any future problems.

In order to be fair I will score based on each aspect of my experience. I called precision because my web search found them first with advertised same day service. Prompt service grade 1.. I was told two day wait. Actual service performed by the technician was pleasant and efficient. Grade 5. Cost was very high.the repair was simple, replace cables $198.. Grade 1

We are sorry that we didn't live up to your expectations. We did listen to the phone call... we offered you earlier appointments they simply didn't fit with your schedule. As a result I'm not sure its fair to grade us on a two day wait! As indicated by your safety survey report indicates, there was a lot of issues with your door. The cables were broken (which we replaced), but we did have to spend time adjusting other parts to make sure the door would work properly. We still recommend you address the issues we suggested -- even if you go to another garage door company. If not you are going to have serious issues with your door in a couple years. Again we apologize that we were unable to provide you the level of service you expected.

A 5 star rating for Ron Lecous for his exceptional trouble shooting work to get one of our doors to close quietly. He wanted to get the door to operate as close as he could to perfection and made a second trip to bring a new circuit board. After a couple of adjustments he got just the right setting. Great experience with this company. Initially they said I was out of their area but they would come to my home anyway. Couldn't ask for better service. My technician, Ron Lecours, was on time, very professional and very knowledgeable about the products and what I needed to fix my garage door. I am extremely happy with his workmanship. I originally thought I needed a new motor but actually Ron found I needed new springs, cable, and rollers. The door works beautifully and I can wait to have an updated motor installed.

The end of April, 2015, my husband and I had a "new" garage door installed; plus, a "new" motor. There were numerous installations that were necessary. Both my husband and I were very happy with the expertise and knowledge that our TECH, Derek desJardins, gave us. He explained and demonstrated to us both how to operate our newly installed garage door; motor, our controls, etc. He mentioned our guarantees from a belt, roller, and garage panels. He really didn't miss a beat! We were not only impressed with how much heat we were saving or that, now, we have a snug fit with our "new" garage door. Before, we felt we were heating the outdoors. I was able to easily and conveniently call on a Sunday, and arrange an appointment for early in the week. Tech arrived when promised. Repair was made quickly and professionally. Tech took the time to explain reason for the problem. Very pleased with the service
