Today we had our garage keypad replaced and tune up and lube performed. The technician, Mike Maghakian, called prior to his arrival and promptly arrive when stated. He was efficient and personable. He explained everything to us clearly . We are pleased with the service performed.

He arrived on time, and he called about 15 minutes before so that I was ready. This allowed the appointment time to be used most efficiently.

Would be nice if all businesses conducted themselves as you do! All aspects of the repair, from making the appointment to the completed installation, were performed professionally and with attention to detail. All representatives were helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Our technician, Barry, went out of his way to answer any questions we had and also to educate us on recommended maintenance. Could not ask for a better experience. Thank you! We did purchase and replace the weather stripping that goes on the external side of the door, but I did not see those in the list below ;-)

I had initiated a correspondence online with the websites live support to make an appointment for servicing my garage door. I was able to get the expected fees for the service upfront and also have a tech come out that very morning to do the repair. I also received a report of suggested repairs including costs for better performance of the door. I was very pleased with the whole process. I will be using the services again. Thanks

Mike Maghakian showed up on time and did a great job replacing both motors due to storm damage. After he was done, he cleaned up everything and took the time to explain how the new openers worked. We ended up replacing the old chain driven motors to the newer belt drive. Thanks again Mike for a bang up job!!

We have had the Precision Door team out on two separate occasions to provide maintenance on doors not purchased from them (doors were put in 12 years ago). I note this because Precision provides exceptional service to all its customers, not just the customer who buys doors from them. The Precision team is TOP NOTCH and highly professional in every interaction. They are very responsive, punctual, fairly priced and do the job correctly. I appreciate the little details such as the photo of the technician who will be visiting so I can show my wife who to expect. I plan to buy new doors soon and they will be the only phone call I'll be making. You can't go wrong with this company.

Their person was professional, sharp as a tack, and knew his stuff... he quickly diagnosed the problem and solved it. I'm relieved to have my garage doors working properly again. My only concern was basically I was charged the cost of a visit to replace three light bulbs. I guess LED bulbs screw up most systems so I just had to replace them with traditional filament bulbs. So what happens when the government eliminates these older bulbs is beyond me. Thank You CK

Not happy with your pricing. Told one thing on the phone and then billed for another much higher amount after the tech completed the work. Also invoice had no breakdown on parts or labor charges. Very unprofessional! After this outrageous overcharge I will never recommend your company to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
