I am extremely happy with the 2 men who came out to look at my garage doors. The doors are 22 years old and have never been serviced. The rollers, cables, pulleys, springs, weather stripping on bottoms and a new key pad were all replaced. The men were professional, on time( actually they called to say they would be early), friendly, and diligent. They rebuilt my garage doors like new. thank you.

From the woman who answered the phone to Paul, who was my technician everything was perfect. Paul called right before our appointment to let me know his estimated time of arrival. He was on time and tested the door. He diagnosed the problem and explained every detail to me so I as the homeowner could understand and make an informed decision. Precision did a great job from the initial review of giving an estimate of repair or replace of our old troublesome door to installing a new, thicker door. The techs who arrived were prompt and professional, and did a great job. I would recommend Precision to any of my neighbors.
