I chose Precision from their ad in the Yellow Pages. They were immediately cordial and helpful on the phone and made an appoint for the same day. They send a confirmation email and pictures of the employees so you can recognize your repair person. I was given a time window of 1-3. Before 1pm I received a call from Mike T letting me Know he would be arriving by 1:25. Mike checked out the situation and gave us options for repair. He was always courteous and friendly. We were very happy with our results. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

I felt cheated $735 for a broken spring cable and roller tech kept adding more parts as he went along I could have bought a new door tor less doing this to seniors is not good it should be reported to the state attorney general

I was very pleased with the great service provided by Precision. Chris was very professional and I was happy to get an appointment for the next day. Mike was very punctual and quickly diagnosed the 2 springs were needed for my garage door. He also showed me how to use the key in case of no power. Very helpful and knowledgeable! the door was damaged on arrival. still waiting for repairs to the door and to many many sighted errors where i took pictures and made a list for the company to address. both the install and quality of the door as of right now do not even deserve a star. extremely poor.

We are sorry for your experience. We understand that the customer is very frustrated when, after waiting on a custom order door, their door comes in damaged. Given that we were going to be replacing the damaged sections the installers did not take their normal care in installing the door. Once the new replacement sections arrived we came out and replaced them and also replaced a defective part of the automatic opener we installed. All seems good now, would welcome an updated review.

After the Technician (Mike Maghakian) came out to do a service - he recommended (and no pressure sale pitch) that it would service us better to go with a new door package. The present garage door has over 45 years old and not in the best condition. After consulting with Mike - I chose what would go best to coordinate with the house. Can't wait to see it.

When I called Precision the first question they had for me was "when are you available". Asking when I was available is change to telling me a 4 hour window mid week! Mike called me when he was on his way. He showed up on time and assessed the garage opener issue. He then immediately entered all information into his iPad and was able to show me my exact price before starting. He was done in now time and asked me to come to the garage to test the changes and ask if I had any questions. Definitely will recommend Precision!

We had a complete removal of 3 old, corroded garage door installations and replacement with top of the line new doors, rails, openers - the works. Rolando was great, did the entire job in about 6 hours. The new systems are terrific. Very quiet and smooth and the pricing was really pretty good. My only quibble was that it took a bit longer than advertised to get the products in, but it was worth the wait in the end.

I needed to get my garage door opener replaced. The technician showed up right at 8am. Had everything done in about 90 minutes. He reviewed all the features of the opener, keypad and remotes and was gone before 10am. Very efficient, very knowledgeable, very polite! Couldn't ask for better service!

Had a bad controller and Precision Door was out within 48 hours to fix it. Mike, the technician that came, was early and was absolutely great. I really couldn't have asked for more.
