Called Precision for a broken door cable I was surprised at their quick response of their technician. Called on Monday and the service was scheduled for Tuesday afternoon. I opted for the complete "rebuild" service which was was a change out of Cables, Rollers, Springs, etc. I was a bit taken back by the price I thought 699.00 was a bit high but hey what isn't expensive these days? I will say my door is operating smoothly and much quieter now!

I would give Paul 10 stars if it was possible because of how he engaged with my garage door obsessed child. He answered numerous questions, and was kind and encouraging through the whole process. This was definitely the highlight of my child's year! With regard to the actual service, Paul was knowledgeable and prompt. He clearly laid out our options for repair or replacement with information about the warranties. He was friendly and cheerful, and did not try to push more services than we wanted. The technician definitely deserves 5 stars, but the scheduler does not. My appointment window was from 10 to 12. At 12 the technician called from Plymouth (I live in Boston) to say he had just finished his previous job there. Not good scheduling!!!!

Jacob was the tech who came out. He was very thorough explaining to me what would have to be done to my garage door opener. I decided to have the 5 year rebuild green and now my door goes up and down with minimal noise and it’s not jumping around anymore. A big relief! I won’t hesitate to call Precision again in the future if work needs to be done.
