I had the lift system on my garage door replaced today. When the technician showed up he quoted me a price of $649. Because I couldn't get my car out and I didn't want to leave my house open, I agreed. After the work was done I checked online on what that type of repair should cost. The highest price I saw was around $300. He was here for 1 HOUR. You guys charged me more than double what it should have been. I think I deserve an adjusted charge. I would like to hear from you about this. If I don't, I will call my credit card company.

As an emergency service provider my staff clearly understands service. When one of our doors was damaged the crew from Precision was on site the day and time they said they would be, made the needed repairs in a quick neat manner. After the repairs were made they took the time to go thru the door and opener and made suggestions on how to prevent further damage. A second appointment was made with in a couple of weeks ( once the needed parts arrived) and they once again showed up on time and competed the work as promised and for the quoted price. We will be calling them again to schedule a visit to look at the remainder of our 5 large glass doors and to look at our other building with 3 doors. THANKS !!!

Today Paul serviced by garage door. He called before he arrived to give me his ETA. He was very good at diagnosing and fixing the problem. He gave me three different options of service, and he told me I didn't need to replace the motor. He completed the job quickly, and cleaned up after. I am so pleased I called Precision Door Service. Paul called to say he was running ahead of schedule and arrived a few minutes later. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgable. After some discussion about the state of our doors and the need for replacements in the near future, he replaced the broken springs on one door and did some maintenance on the other two doors. Our installer was courteous and knowledgeable. Had completed install quickly and cleaned up and removed all old components. One panel was damaged in shipping but he ordered new and will come back and install when in. All in all very pleased with service.

I found Precision on the web...called them and spoke to Cameron - super nice gentleman very polite and setup the appointment very quickly. Mike W showed up for the appt - actually early, unheard of in the service industry. He was extremely casual and informal with his approach..."F" this. "F" that...luckily my wife was not privy to this - she would have been taken aback (and I do believe Mike would have been more balanced in front of her). The reason for 3-star rating is the pricing - I had the wall control replaced which retails on the manufacturer site for $45.99 and on Amazon for $40.99 w/prime. I was charged $108.00 for it, $86 for installation, $165 for spray lubing all the 3 door and $105 for the service call. Luckily I had a coupon for the service call and saved that amount. Did not have the presence of mind to share the part pricing with Mike when he was at our home - I am sure he would have matched that price. My advice - please do your research before and during and share that with technician.

I am really happy with the service I received. One of my garage doors had a broken spring, that combined with 30 year old parts warranted some professional help. Paul from Precision was punctual and did a great job walking me through my options. He was able to complete all the work in a reasonable amount of time and everything was cleaned up afterwards. All around a great interaction, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

We could not be happier with the service from Precision. This is the third time we have used them. The person who answered the phone was polite and respectful and I was very happy to be able to have same day service. Paul called ahead and told me when he would be arriving and arrived punctually. He explained clearly what needed to be done to repair the door and worked diligently while he was here. And even though it was late in the afternoon near dinner time, he even stayed to sync the garage door opener in my new car - and it took several tries to get it done. Chose Precision off internet because it was local. Making a same day appointment was simple and the technician arrived when scheduled. The replacement spring was stocked in the van and the repair was completed efficiently. The technician was courteous and friendly. Very satisfied with service.
