Do you charge a service fee? If yes, how much is it, and is it waived with any service?

Yes, there is a service fee. It is $149. However, this fee is waived with the purchase of a new door or motor, certain repair packages, or if the work falls within our warranty window. This gets us there in a fully loaded truck and ready to tackle most repairs during the initial visit. Our technician will also provide a 25-point safety check of your door and motor, will make any recommendations for suggested repairs, and will get approval before starting any work.

Do you offer free estimates on garage door repair?

No, we do not offer free estimates for door repairs or opener repairs. The only free estimates we offer are for new garage doors. Appointments for repair and service work are subject to our $149 service fee, plus parts and labor.

How do customers know if their garage door needs repair vs. replacement?

The age and safety of the door plays an important role when it comes to determining if you should replace or repair a garage door. Our technicians are highly experienced, will asses the condition of your door and make a recommendation as to whether it can be fixed or if it needs to be replaced, keeping safety and affordability in mind first and foremost.

We aim to complete repair services the same-day as the scheduled appointment. If we need to return with a part, we try to come back within 24-48 hours, though timing is subject to change if we need to order the part from a vendor.

Do you carry parts for all major garage doors, or do any parts require special ordering?

We stock a wide range of high end professional parts: springs, cables, rollers, hinges, openers and their components. In rare cases for specialty or custom doors, certain parts may require special ordering - but we will inform customers upfront. We can complete the repair in a single visit nearly every time.

Most spring failures result from metal fatigue, extreme temperature cycles, or lack of maintenance (e.g. unlubricated parts). Installing springs safely requires precise measurement, matching spring strength (torque), and proper tools. Yes. We back our repair work with warranties covering parts and labor for the repaired component (e.g. springs, cables) for a specific period. The length of the warranty depends on the repair but can range anywhere from 1 year to 7 years.

Our primary vendor that we typically recommend is C.H.I., though we also use a couple secondary vendors including Garaga and Haas.

Do you do same day garage door installs?

No we do not offer same day garage door installs. Our install schedule is on average booked 1-2 weeks after we've received the doors from our vendors. If our vendors have the garage door in stock at the time of ordering, we can potentially accommodate an install in under than 2 weeks.

Can customers design their door online or see style samples before buying?

Is there a fee for garage door estimates?

No - new door estimates are free. If you call for a phone quote we can only provide ballpark pricing until we are able to take measurements of your garage door.

Do you have a low cost garage door installation option?

Yes! We offer a budget-friendly garage door installation option starting at just under $2,000.

This includes a brand-new 8’x7’ white raised-panel garage door, professionally installed.

You can also customize your new door with optional upgrades such as insulation, decorative windows, and premium hardware for an additional cost.

Do you have a showroom?

Not currently, but we have a vast image library of doors we have installed for other customers and are happy to share images of those doors, plus renderings and door samples, upon request.

Do you offer warranties on a new garage door?

Yes - new doors come with manufacturer warranties for the door panels, an extended warranty on the parts and labor, plus our workmanship guarantee. The warranty does vary on lower insulated doors.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) or checks. Our technicians do not accept cash payments.

Do you haul away my old garage door?

Yes - we remove and dispose of your old door as part of the installation process.
