Called Precision for a broken door cable I was surprised at their quick response of their technician. Called on Monday and the service was scheduled for Tuesday afternoon. I opted for the complete "rebuild" service which was was a change out of Cables, Rollers, Springs, etc. I was a bit taken back by the price I thought 699.00 was a bit high but hey what isn't expensive these days? I will say my door is operating smoothly and much quieter now!

Good communication throughout; I knew when tech was on the way, he arrived on time, was careful to observe health protocols, and worked efficiently. The man that came out to my house was very professional. He showed me exactly what was wrong and explained he could repair it but because of the age of the thing and winter coming along I decided to change it to a newer and better model . He was helpful in telling me the difference in systems which helped me to decide what to get. I like the new garage door opener now. Great work and cleaned up after himself .
