Mike was great. He was right on time for the appointment. He went over all my concerns regarding the garage door. He pinpointed the problem. Offered different choices for the repair. He made the door work like it did when it was new. We were very pleased with the service and would highly recommend. I’ll be telling all my friends.

I am thrilled with the service I received from Precision Door. On November 22nd, our automatic garage door that was original with the condo (built in 1996) died. We called Precision (and a few other places) and they were the only ones who could come out the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. The door itself came in three weeks later, and installation was scheduled for January 4th. If you're from New England, you know that we just had a enormous nor'easter that was projected to drop 12"-16" on us starting the morning of January 4th. We were told it was up to our technician if he feels comfortable or not coming to install in the morning with bad weather. Our tech, Rob, showed up at 6:45am so he could have enough time to get the door installed before the storm intensified. He finished installation around 9:00am when we already had a few inches on the ground. I am so very thankful to Rob for doing this and truly going above and beyond. If he couldn't, Precision was going to push installation out another week, but we were lucky enough to have a phenomenal technician assigned to our case. Thank you Rob!!! Gave 4 starts instead of 5 because it did take a month and a half to get the new door which seemed like a long time. There were certainly ways they could've expedited, but chose not too. (for example, they wait 2ish weeks for the door to come in, THEN they schedule the installation. They should schedule installation when they order the door, in my opinion).

Great service. Came the same day that I called and Barry had the door fixed in no time at all. He was courteous and professional. I was very pleased. He even arrived earlier, after calling, than the scheduled time. Even scheduling the appointment was a good experience. These folks know how to run a service business and it’s clear that they are committed to ensuring a good experience for their customers. I would not hesitate to call them again, when needed.

Would definitely use Precision again. All of the staff was very polite. I had a 9-11 am time slot and they called me on their way with an estimated arrival time which was great. Barry was awesome! Quality work and am very satisfied with the doors. Only complaint was that the fitting for the doors was originally measured in correctly causing a delay in installation and required an adjustment of our schedule to accommodate the revisit.

My garage door opener (over 10 years old) failed over the holiday weekend, I searched for the manufacturer and found Precision's site and gave them a call. Alex came out and explained the problem and provided me with different options. We agreed to replace the opener with a new system as well as the rollers based on the Alex's recommendations. The new opener was installed very quickly and with the new rollers is so much quieter than what I had. At some point in the future I will need to replace the door and will be calling Precision for that.

Awesome service and really knowledgeable. Alex just corrected a few issues I've had with my garage door for the last 2 years. Others have looked at it and tried to fix it but not able to do it correctly. Alex stepped me through the process and corrected all of the issues with the door and it's parts. It now runs very smoothly and I would definitely recommend this company.

My springs had their last spring at 11:30 am. I called Precision, had my new springs installed, door adjusted by 2:30 pm the SAME DAY. Alex Delgado is a real professional. I am recommending Precision for, and, I will use them for my new door.

Alex Delgado was wonderful; first he called to say he was running late but actually did arrive in the window of time predetermined. A spring/cable snapped as soon as I had driven into the garage and closed the door. It was around 8PM. It was a frightening experience, as I was standing right near the cable when it snapped. On top of that the car was trapped in the garage. ... and yes I needed to go to work the next day. I googled door repair and Precision came up. "Rebecca" took my call and put me at ease as she scheduled a tech for the next morning. Alex was professional, polite and took care of the job in no time. He explained my options beforehand and then reviewed them at the the end. I would highly recommend Alex and Precision CO. I do wish it was less money but I had no time to compare prices and was very grateful at the turn around time. I give 5 stars for the rating ; }

One of the springs broke on my door and I found Precision on the internet. One call and I had a technician , Christopher, at my house by 1pm. He not only fixed the problem but also went the extra step to straighten the runner and tighten down the entire unit. The door is so quiet opening and closing now. Highly recommend Precision and Christopher. Thank you for the service !!!!

We select 5 stars. Precision Door provided us with superb service from purchasing the new door system through the complete installation.
