He fixed our issue in very little time, reassured us that our equipment is in good condition, gave us a time table of when certain key items needed to be replaced, and helped reprogram our cars to sync with the garage opener. We were super pleased with the work Ron performed in fixing both our garage doors. They used to be very hard to open, and one had a broken spring. Now we can open either door with just 2 fingers. We got the package that included replacing all rollers, springs, installing safety wires to stop broken springs from snapping back and doing damage and cables. Very pleased with the result!

Ron was awesome and should be used as an exemplar for what customer service should be. I am hesitant to ever give reviews positive or negative- but my experience was great. He explained without being condescending. He listened to what the issue was and explained how he would fix it. Also, the price was really good and he was quick.
